I am so happy that I chose to work with Stan during my First home Process! Stan was very very helpful. Starting off clueless with where to even begin, Stan was very straight forward. From the beginning Stan provided me with a checklist and detail description of the steps we would be taking up to closing date, which, to mention, I used throughout the entire process. There was not one time Stan was not available to answer any questions, or to schedule a showing. He made me feel comfortable and was able to figure out any issues I ran into. Also, very pleasant to work with, and answered the phone each time I called. This was my first home purchase, we started the process in November and closed this past week. Without him by my side, through every step of the way, I would have been stressed, but he made sure to keep everything as smooth as possible. To note, I have dealt with realtors a few months before November, and Noone was a good as Him. He takes his time and most importantly out of everything does not rush you into anything you are not ready for!!! Jennifer Franceskino is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised every step of the way. We were always notified twenty four hours in advance of every showing. The photographer was equally as wonderful capturing every detail of our home.
